Graham is Compliance Director and MLRO at XPrime Markets. A long City career at Merrill Lynch, Sucden, Kleinwort Benson, Continental Bank of Illinois, Sanwa Futures, Carr Futures and Voltrex led him to found Power Capital in 2011, which became XPrime Markets.

Graham’s City career started at Merrill Lynch as Technical Analyst covering Soft Commodities and Metals, before taking up a position as Head Analyst at SUCDEN a French privately owned Commodities group. Then at Kleinwort Benson and Continental Bank of Illinois, following the opening of LIFFE, he expanded into Financial Futures, encompassing a multitude of new products. In 1990 Graham became inaugural member and MD of Sanwa Futures London, part of Sanwa Bank, building a brokerage team of 40 personnel to execute and clear Financial Futures Globally. Graham was registered with the FCA in a multitude of roles including CEO, Director, Client money oversight, Client advisor, Compliance Officer and MLRO. Further experience was gained after a merger between Sanwa and Tokai, when he moved the Futures team to Carr Futures, part of the Credit Agricole. He then took over as CEO at Voltrex (VFX), where he continued in the Compliance and MLRO roles building a fixed income broking team, in addition to existing Bank to Bank FX business. Graham founded Power Capital Financial Trading (UK) Ltd in 2011 which was eventually taken over by the Volopa Group in 2016. He has continued to hold these UK FCA roles and registrations, Executive Director, Compliance and MLRO, since 1990, which he now holds for XPrime Markets Ltd.

John has managed many complex projects during his time at Oasis Capital Group and was instrumental in setting up Tier1FX, our regulated spot markets brokerage. John controlled the trading systems specification, fit-out, commissioning & recruitment of executive teams. He also steered several of our businesses through financial regulatory and other approvals required to launch them, on time and budget. John is also our representative on the boards of many of the companies we are invested in. A serial entrepreneur, John has built and grown several businesses from the ground up, and then sold them profitably. John founded a document storage and electronic data business serving many of the largest City law firms and accounting practices, as well as UK Health authorities and other highly sensitive clients. John is a director and owner of Techmasters Security Services, a provider of technical security services to hedge funds, banks, UK Police, IPCC and other UK government agencies. His clients include big oil in the form of BP and Shell, several shipping majors (including shipping protection and armed anti-piracy tasks), specialist security projects in Nigeria and the Caspian region, Formula One teams, World Cup venues and other sport related projects, together with tasks for many high profile and high net worth clients.

Known as Harry, is an Independent Non Exec Director of 40 year experience in regulated,financial service entities, covering a plethora of markets including Commodities, Financial Futures and Options, CFDs and Equities.
The majority of Harry's career has been in Senior Management Roles from 1982 with GNI (Gerrard National) where he was Managing Director of GNI Touch one of the inaugural DMA CFD trading platforms. In 2003 GNI became Man Financial (MF Global), where he was responsible for building the floor teams on LIFFE, Chicago and Singapore exchanges. Working in each of the centres to achieve this. He was also a Director of LIFFE and ICE. He spent 10 of the past 12 years as Executive Director of Volopa Capital, the former name of XPrime Markets Ltd, alongside Graham Farrow, current Director of Compliance. Harry is an experienced member of the board who can be relied upon to give independent advice.

Jacob joined us from MultiBank Group, a US owned global financial services group for which he was CEO from its formation in 2016. Jacob founded their new ASIC regulated derivatives brokerage based in Sydney Australia. Jacob recruited the management team, took the business through ASIC regulation, and then built it into a significant player in the Australian retail and institutional brokerage space. Before joining MultiBank Jacob was at Forex Global Pty Ltd where he spent five years in Sydney and Singapore as Executive Director of Business Development, concentrating on services to high frequency traders and fund managers. Jacob previously held senior executive positions at Vantage FX and Kinetic Securities in Sydney. Jacob is skilled in business development into emerging markets, in Australasia and through greater Asia to Europe, he understands the many challenges of dealing with different jurisdictions and regulators and adapting business structures to local laws and regulations. Jacob is a member of the Australian Securities Investment Commission and holds a BCom in Financial Economics from Massey University in Auckland with a post graduate degree in econometrics, alongside Diplomas in Managed Investments and Securities, and specialist knowledge in Derivatives and Foreign Exchange.

Lana has been the CFO of companies within the Oasis Capital Group since 2018. Prior to taking over at Oasis she had been chief accountant at a London based multi-family office.

Lana has been the CFO of companies within the Oasis Capital Group since 2018. Prior to taking over at Oasis she had been chief accountant at a London based multi-family office looking after the interests of UK based European non-domiciled residents.

Prior to her time with the family office Lana was financial controller of a number of industrial and construction/property companies in both the UK and in Europe, she was at the time residing in the South of France and travelling frequently. Aside from her work with Oasis, Lana is a partner in the Mayfair based accounting firm of KW Chartered Accountants, and also heads her own boutique accounting firm catering to the specialist accounting and tax structuring and reporting needs of foreign investors into the UK, UK non-domiciled residents, and foreign owners of UK based businesses.

Lana is a specialist in complex offshore tax structuring and in particular matters relating to UK property and business ownership by foreign nationals.
